1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekdays (Monday–Saturday) before 12:00 PM are processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on Sundays are processed the next business day
  • During high-demand periods (Eid, Ramadan, sale events), processing may take an additional 1–2 days

You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is placed and confirmed.

4. Payment Method

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery
  • Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery
  • No advance payment is required

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or courier update via WhatsApp or SMS.

You can use this to track your delivery through the respective courier’s website or contact us directly for an update.


7. Packaging

All Field N Feather products are packed carefully to maintain quality and freshness during transit:

  • Desi Ghee is sealed in hygienic glass jars and packed securely to prevent breakage
  • Meat and perishable products are packed in insulated packaging to maintain temperature during delivery
  • All packages are labeled with order details and handled with care

8. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because:

  • No one was available to receive the order
  • The address provided was incomplete or incorrect
  • The customer was unreachable by phone

The courier will attempt delivery a second time. If the second attempt also fails, the order may be returned to us. In this case, re-delivery charges may apply.

Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are correct when placing your order.


9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • The wrong item
  • An incomplete order

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or our Contact Us page with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

We do not accept returns on perishable items (meat, ghee) unless the product was damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.


10. Delays

Field N Feather is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Natural disasters or extreme weather
  • Public holidays or strikes
  • Incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer

We will always do our best to communicate any delays as soon as we are informed.
