We believe in complete transparency about how your contribution is used.

How it works:
After payment processing fees are deducted by the card provider, we allocate 5% of the amount we receive towards admin and operational costs (staff wages, logistics, platform maintenance, and operating the service sustainably). The remaining 95% is allocated strictly for your Sadaqah.

Our commitment:

We will never use more than 5% under any circumstances.

Any surplus arising from the 95% Sadaqah allocation (for example, if the cost of an order is less than expected) is pooled with other orders and used to provide additional Sadaqah.

The 95% Sadaqah allocation is never used for admin costs, platform expenses, or retained surplus.
