Every batch is made the same way, regardless of jar size: fresh milk from our own grass-fed cows, fermented overnight into dahi, hand-churned the traditional bilona way into makhan, then slow-cooked over a real wood fire until the ghee separates naturally. It takes roughly 25–30 litres of milk to make each kilo, no shortcuts, no creaming machines, no factory heat.

Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. It doesn’t need refrigeration and has a naturally long shelf life — real cow ghee will turn solid and grainy in colder weather, which is normal.
